Siwa'tu Spikes was born in Detroit, MI and is currently serving as an Army Chief Warrant Officer of 26+ years.  He has an Associate's of Information Technology in Computer Science and a Bachelor's of Professional Studies in Business Management.  In addition to serving his country, he is continually educating himself and others in achieving their goals through business ownership, real estate management and multiple strategies of investing. 

Having proudly served his country, he continues a tradition of selfless service in educating others in, business ownership, financial literacy and building financial freedom through owning assets that truly perform.

Currently, he is a project manager with a custom home builder, renovating home in the Charlotte, NC and Fort Mills, SC areas. He is marriage and between the two of them, they have three beautiful daughter.
